Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements
• Wear a photo badge and present state or federal issued identification at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of West Virginia
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
• Strong documentation and clinical reporting skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and workflows
