ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a newly created role at the center of how money moves at Jack Archer. Reporting to Hermes Perdomo, you'll own accounts payable, cash and core reconciliations across our banks, vendors, corporate cards and channel partners like Nordstrom and Amazon. Getting this right keeps our close clean and on time, and frees the finance team to focus on higher-impact work. It's a hands-on seat with real ownership from day one, and room to shape our processes as we scale.

This role is based in our New York City headquarters and operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. We believe our best creative work happens when we’re building side by side, while still allowing flexibility outside of core in-office days.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the AP/Accounting inbox, triaging vendor invoices, statements and inquiries and keeping response times tight.

• Run AP end to end in Bill.com: load invoices and credits, process payment runs, and handle vendor setup and questions.
\n
• Execute portal and wire payments with the right approvals and documentation.
\n
• Prepare the cash sheet and record cash journals in NetSuite for all three bank accounts.
\n
• Manage Ramp: code transactions, sync to NetSuite, and issue new cards.
\n
• Prepare period-end reconciliations, including gift cards, Nordstrom, Amazon and payroll, and resolve reconciling items.

WHAT YOU HAVE

\n
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, staff accounting or a similar finance role.
\n
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Bill.com and Ramp (or comparable ERP, AP and card platforms).
\n
• Solid command of bank reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close.
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high transaction volume accurately and on deadline.
\n
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and clear, responsive communication with vendors and internal teams.
\n
• Bonus: experience in retail, e-commerce or consumer brands, including marketplace or wholesale partner reconciliations.
