Seeking a full-time Senior COBOL Developer to work remotely, who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, testing, and modernization of enterprise applications within a federal environment, utilizing strong IBM COBOL, DB2, and CICS expertise. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze application planning, design, testing, and technical documentation Create, update, unit test, and maintain IBM COBOL programs while troubleshooting production issues Support modernization efforts by transitioning legacy applications toward DevOps and Agile methodologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 4 years of IBM COBOL programming Experience with DB2 and CICS Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder for at least 3 years)
