Certified Process Servers (Miami/Dade County) ProVest is one of the nation’s leading legal support services firms, delivering service of process and related services for prominent law firms and financial institutions. Each year, we handle thousands of documents, covering everything from foreclosures and collections to civil complaints. We’re seeking self‑reliant, results‑driven Certified Process Servers in Miami/Dade County. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy: drive your own car, set your own schedule (within our flexible guidelines), and we’ll provide all necessary tools and support. Position Overview Independent Contractor (1099) – location: Miami/Dade County, FL. Deliver legal documents via our mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile). Capture GPS photos, log attempts using proprietary mobile technology. Make at least five service attempts, varying times of day and weekends. Pay per completed job, regardless of outcome. Attempt cases at least every 72 hours, and submit completed worksheets with daily scanning. Support from a FL‑based liaison. Key to Success Organization – Plan routes efficiently. Personality – Build rapport with recipients for positive interactions. Requirements Certified Process Server in Miami/Dade County. Commitment to honesty and accuracy. Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Familiarity with mobile apps (all work done through our proprietary app). Access to a computer, printer, and scanner. Residency within or near the listed county preferred.
