Now Hiring For Press Technician's

Manufacturing | Machine Operator | Metal Stamping

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing job with room to grow? As a Press Technician, you'll help make metal parts by operating machines, checking quality, and keeping production running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate metal stamping and press machines.
• Load materials and remove finished parts.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform machine changeovers for different jobs.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your area clean and organized.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Experience with measuring tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working around machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Bonus Skills

• Punch press or press brake experience.
• Metal fabrication or welding experience.
• Machine setup and changeover experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Basic shop math skills.

Schedule Options

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime available

Additional 2nd Shift & Weekend Shifts Available

• Four 10-hour days

• Gloves and protective sleeves available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
