We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and system maintenance. Way Mechanical is at the forefront of design build/design assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling, and quality control. Way Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team!
Scope:
Responsible for Technicians, including the Training, Scheduling, and Installation/Completion of the Account manager’s projects and services in the highest quality and most effective manner possible. Provide supervision, safety, and technical support to the field technicians.
Ensure quality in workmanship and profitability of the Team.
