This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and excited to see their ideas come to life through technology.As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvement and automation across the organization. You’ll partner with teams across the business to understand how work gets done today, design better solutions, and help bring those solutions to life.What You’ll DoPartner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes from end to endShadow users, ask insightful questions, and map current-state workflowsTranslate business needs into future-state solutions, including workflows, forms, and system designsBuild and implement workflow applications using the Decisions® automation platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and other automation tools.Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to design, test, and launch solutionsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementationManage multiple projects while balancing priorities and timelinesCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiencesHelp coordinate project activities, timelines, stakeholders, and follow-up actions across multiple concurrent initiativesWhat Makes You a Great FitHumble and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and support othersGrowth-minded and coachable, with openness to feedback and continuous improvementComfortable working through ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex problemsProactively identifies risks, gaps, dependencies, and downstream impactsActs with integrity and sound judgment and builds trust across teamsTakes ownership of work and follows through with accountability and attention to qualityShows initiative and a commitment to excellence in both analysis and executionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered)One or more years of experience in one or more of the following:Business analysis, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution supportProject management focused on business process improvement, workflow redesign, and software-supported solutionsConsultative work with internal business partners to uncover needs, influence without authority, and guide teams toward technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)Baseline knowledge of software development concepts (data structures, logic, etc.)*To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of US based work experience and reside within the market area.Technical Knowledge & Skills PreferredExposure to workflow or automation tools (e.g., Decisions, RPA UiPath)Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or similarExperience supporting testing/UATExperience with SQL - including writing queries, understanding tables, joins, functions, etc.Why This Role?This position offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of departments, influence meaningful process improvements, and build solutions that have a direct impact on how the business operates.
