Remedy Place is the world’s first social wellness club, redefining how people socialize through self-care. We believe feeling your best should be a shared experience, not a solitary one.
Our clubs combine evidence-based wellness therapies, self-care practices, hospitality, and beautifully designed spaces to create experiences that help people leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Every interaction matters. Every conversation shapes the guest experience. Every team member helps define our brand.
As a Licensed Acupuncturist at Remedy Place Boston, you will bring skilled, thoughtful acupuncture care into an elevated social wellness environment. You will help members and guests understand how acupuncture and Chinese medicine can support their individual wellness goals while delivering a safe, professional, and deeply personalized treatment experience.
This is a hands-on clinical role with a strong hospitality component. You will take the time to listen, assess, educate, and recommend appropriate treatment plans. You will also work closely with our club team to create a seamless experience from booking and arrival through treatment, follow-up, and return visits.
You are equal parts clinician, educator, collaborator, and Remedy Place ambassador. Your goal is simple: help every guest feel genuinely cared for and better than when they arrived.
We are looking for a licensed clinician with excellent treatment skills, strong professional judgment, and a genuine passion for helping people feel better.
We did not join this industry, we created it. Remedy Place started the social wellness movement, and we have been leading it since 2019.
We help the greatest in the world become even greater. Top touring artists, leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and athletes trust us with their health, routines, and performance. Our work has driven global conversation about what modern health can be.
But this is bigger than any one client or headline. We are building a category in health and wellness, one that will change the way people approach their health. And we are just getting started.
Most importantly, we do something simple and profound every single day: we make people feel better.
When you join Remedy Place as a Licensed Acupuncturist, you will help make that promise real through thoughtful treatment, clinical integrity, and a personal connection with every guest.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a performance-based compensation structure. For each workweek, compensation is based on the greater of 60% of eligible net service revenue generated from completed acupuncture services personally performed or the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked. Any required overtime compensation will be paid separately in accordance with applicable law.
All hours worked must be accurately recorded. Additional details regarding eligible net service revenue, compensation calculations, and payment terms will be provided in a written compensation agreement.
